The Kill Score

Stress-test your pitch before an investor does. A pitch is a stress test of your business model, not a performance. Score the stress first, and walk into the room ready for the worst-case questions.

How it works

Ten blocks. Thirty questions. One Kill Score.

Nine of the questions come straight from the Business Model Canvas, one block at a time. The tenth is the pitch itself. Each is framed as the question an investor will actually ask. Answer with the option closest to the truth, not the one closest to the pitch. The top option adds nothing to your Kill Score. The bottom option adds the most, because that is the answer that gets you killed in the room.

One question per screen, about five minutes. Scripting off? Give the top answer 0 points and the bottom 3, add up all thirty, divide by 90 and multiply by 100. That is your Kill Score. Everything runs on your own device, and nothing you enter is sent to a server.
